Life can be challenging and we all need help sometimes. If you or someone you know is struggling with anxiety, depression, divorce, grief, major life changes, stress or other emotional health issues, please call us. We can help.

Our team of compassionate, professionally licensed therapists can provide assistance and support to individuals (from birth to any age). couples and families.

We accept most public and private insurance plans and offer many of our behavioral health services on a sliding fee scale for qualified patients. We also accept self-pay patients and can setup a payment plan that works best for you

TeleHealth Available: After your first visit, you and your behavioral health provider may decide telehealth appointments are the best fit for you. If you’re interested in this option, please ask your provider about this service during your first visit.

Our team of professional therapists has specific training and understanding of issues affecting the transgender and non-binary communities and those who love them. We’re here to listen, validate your experience, and provide the support you need and deserve.

Who Receives Care?

Appointments are preferred for all of our services, but you are welcome to visit our Medical and Dental Clinics as a walk-in.

Southside is an FTCA Deemed Facility

This health center is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n).

No one is ever turned away for the inability to pay. Southside Community Health Services (Southside) is a 501c (3) nonprofit, federally qualified health center (FQHC) providing access to primary care to anyone in need in South Minneapolis and the surrounding areas.
