Southside Community Health Services is a Federally Qualified Health Center with three offices located in Minneapolis and Stillwater. We provide a full range of medical services including OB care, dental services, and vision care to an under served community.

Open Positions:
RN or LPN, licensed to practice in Minnesota. Experience in a family practice clinic to include education, direct patient care and triage. Education and/or experience in the areas of community or public health. Excellent customer service and oral communication skills. Expertise in dealing with individuals from various ethnic backgrounds and Socio- Economic Status. Good Computer skills. Biligual (Spanish/English).
The Medical Director is responsible for overall medical services for Southside Community Health Services Clinic patients. The Medical Director will be able to work cooperatively and effectively with the CEO, CFO, and the management team. The Medical Director will utilize a balance approach, which includes the perspectives of all disciplines involved in health services, and will have a role definition flexible enough to accommodate the diversity of programs offered through the center.
This position exists to oversee, direct, coordinate and manage the dental clinic’s daily operations, so clients are seen in a timely and expedient manner. Supervises all dentists, hygienists, dental assistant, students, dental receptionists, dental records, patient advocate, dental outreach coordinator and volunteers. Provides leadership and direction of day-to-day operations. Demonstrates professional management and leadership skills, works collaboratively with all disciplines of the clinic. Accountable for the development and implementation of methods to improve patient flow and enhance staff development. Participate in budget and strategic planning.
Requirements
Three to five years’ dental experience. Effective, clear communicator, computer skilled, and organized. Excellent people skills and the ability to exhibit good rapport with clients of varying ethnic and socio-economic status.
