QUALIFICATIONS: MD, graduate of accredited School of Medicine. Board Certified Family Practitioner. Must have valid Minnesota License and be eligible for hospital staff privileges. Ability to exhibit good rapport with clients of varying ethnic and SES.

NURSE PRACTITIONER
QUALIFICATIONS: RN plus national certification as a Nurse Practitioner (pediatric, family or adult). Current Minnesota registration & license. Through knowledge of standard medical procedures, medications and patient care. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Excellent customer service and oral written communication skills. Competence in providing care to clients of various ethnic backgrounds and income levels.

REGISTERED DIETITIAN
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor or Master Degree in Dietetics with ADA Registration. Excellent people skills; ability to work independently and as a team member. Excellent written and communication skills.
Computer skills necessary.
